At the University Club, we have years of experience in professional and personal events. From award ceremonies to weddings, we have the perfect space for any occasion.
As a club, we know how important it is to find the right space for your event. We have many different rooms to choose from and hope you’ll find a perfect match from our selection of rooms. The entirety of our club has the capacity to hold up to 500 people so we are no stranger to large events. We are capable of hosting both intimate and large events. All of our rooms have WIFI access as well as the ability to arrange tables in any way. From our Grand Ballroom to the Executive Board Room, you will find space to accommodate any type of business or social event that you may need.

The Presidents Room

Located off the main lobby this room is perfect for moderate-sized events and has access to our courtyard.

The Barry Bingham Library
CAPACITY: 40 Guests
With its hardwood walls, dark color scheme and fireplace, this room was inspired by the founder of the University Club himself. The Barry Bingham Library is sure to excite anybody who walks in.

The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom has the capacity to hold 200 guests if completely rented out. Most rent out sections of the ballroom as it may easily be sectioned off for the perfect fit for the size of your event. A permanent bar is located in the room. Perfect for weddings, large seminars, programs, graduations, rehearsal dinners, and any event the University of Louisville would have a need for. Beautiful chandeliers hang above and when coupled with candle lite from the tables make for a beautiful ambiance. It has Cathedral ceilings and also has an alcove which is perfect for locating AV equipment for DJs or Bands. A dance floor can be added if needed.

Specialty Rentals
For our guests looking for something more integrated into the club experience you may rent out our Terrace Dining Room (1793 Sq Ft), Pub (940 Sq Ft), and Courtyard (1635 Sq Ft) or the whole facility.
